We're opening the 2026 call for master craftspeople in Helsinki, Espoo, and Copenhagen. Ceramics, painting, textiles, woodwork, floral, cooking, glasswork — and anything we've not yet thought of.

Commission from day one. 10% when you bring the client, 20% when we do.

We bring you the clients

Corporate teams, hen parties, birthdays. We handle the inquiry, the qualifying, the proposal. You focus on the craft.

You earn from booking #1

No trial period, no waiting list. Standard rates apply from your first paid workshop: 10% when you bring the client, 20% when we do. No monthly fee, no setup cost.

We can carry the venue + catering

Don't want to chase a venue or order a buffet? We do that. Platform contracts the venue and catering directly, you teach the craft. Your fee is fixed in the per-event addendum and unaffected by venue or catering pricing.

Marketing on the house

Social, SEO, email — we run it. Your profile, photos, and story go live across the site, Instagram, and Google.

Venue help when you want it

We have a venue rolodex across Helsinki and Copenhagen. Use it if your group needs a space, or bring your own studio.

You set the schedule

Run one workshop a month or five a week. You say yes or no to every inquiry. No exclusivity, no quota.

How it works

Apply (5 minutes)

Fill the form below. We review every application within 7 business days. You will not appear on our website during this period.

Vetting call (20 minutes)

If we both want to move forward: a short video call to confirm insurance, Y-tunnus / Ukko, references, and what a sample workshop looks like.

Creator Agreement signed

We share the standard agreement (commission rates, per-event cost allocation, insurance, cancellation). You countersign before we list you publicly.

Profile goes live

We write the profile copy with you, you supply 3-5 photos, we preview together, and your page goes live on /facilitators.

Bookings start

We surface you to inquiries that match your craft, city, and group size. You teach. We handle marketing and post-event follow-up.

What we require

We're a small platform. We can't carry liability or tax risk on anyone's behalf. Before we list you, we need to see:

●Y-tunnus (Finnish business ID) or a lightweight-entrepreneur service like Ukko / Eezy. Free to register at ytj.fi if you don't have one yet.
●Public liability insurance (vastuuvakuutus), minimum €500,000 cover. Ukko Turva counts.
●1-2 referencesfrom past workshops or groups you've taught (informal is fine).
●Agreement to the standard Creator Application Terms.
