Elven Crafts is a craft workshop platform operated from Helsinki, Finland and Copenhagen, Denmark. Our website is elvencrafts.eu.

- Workshop bookings: name, email, group size, event details, and preferences.

Third-party services
- FormSubmit.co: processes form submissions. Their privacy policy applies to data in transit.
- Hostinger: hosts our website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) are kept for security purposes.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Booking data is kept for accounting purposes as required by Finnish law. You can request deletion at any time.
