How much does a craft workshop for teams cost in Helsinki?

Elven Crafts craft workshops in Helsinki start at €35 per person for bead jewellery and candle making, and range up to €120 per person for ceramics or chainmail at a curated venue. Standard pricing: €45-80 per person when the master comes to your office, €60-120 per person when we arrange a creative venue. Materials, tools, master, setup, and cleanup are included.

How long is a typical Elven Crafts team workshop?

Most workshops run 2 to 3 hours: a short introduction, the making session, and time to admire the group's work. Candle making runs shorter (about 2 hours); ceramics and chainmail typically need 3 hours. For corporate offsites we recommend scheduling 2.5 hours to keep the pace relaxed.

Elven Crafts delivers craft workshops in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Copenhagen, with rotation visits to Aarhus and the wider Nordic region. The master travels to your office or we arrange a venue in the relevant city.

Do you handle team events for groups of 30 or more?

Yes. For groups of 30 to 80 we run two parallel masters or split the group into rotating stations across different crafts. Larger groups are arranged on request with a 4 to 6 week lead time.

Can Elven Crafts accommodate dietary requirements?

Cooking workshops are arranged to handle vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, and nut-free requirements as standard. For non-cooking workshops, dietary requirements do not apply to the craft itself but we can recommend catering partners who do.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

We reply within 24 hours with a tailored proposal including the master's name, pricing, venue options, and date availability. Inquiries arrive at our team email and are handled by Maria Sol or a master directly. No bots.

Does Elven Crafts provide a Finnish VAT invoice?

Yes. Elven Crafts is a Finnish private entrepreneur (Y-tunnus 3603623-2). Every booking is invoiced with Finnish ALV 25.5%. Electronic invoicing (verkkolasku) is available on request; public-sector OVT-tunnus invoicing is also supported.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation 14 days before the event. 50% charge between 14 and 7 days before. Full charge for cancellations under 7 days. Outdoor workshops are flexible for weather; we move indoors with no penalty.
