Who can sell on ElvenCrafts?
Anyone who creates physical handmade products or offers skill-sharing workshops is welcome. From hobbyists to experienced artisans — all makers belong here.
Selling & Participation
How much is the commission fee?
ElvenCrafts retains a 7% marketplace fee on each sale. This supports the platform and helps it grow while keeping the fee fair and transparent.
Do I need to handle shipping myself?
Yes. Makers are responsible for packaging and shipping their products using their preferred delivery service.
Are AI-generated items allowed?
No. All products must be created through human skill and creativity. The only exception is workshops, where digital tools may be part of the teaching process.
Orders & Delivery
How do buyers receive their items?
Makers ship products directly to buyers. Delivery options are set by each maker.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on the maker’s location and chosen method. Most makers ship within 3–5 business days of receiving the order.
Can I track my package?
If the maker uses a tracked delivery service, a tracking code will be shared with the buyer.
Payments & Taxes
How do makers get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe. Makers receive their share automatically after the marketplace fee and payment processing costs are deducted.
Are prices shown with VAT included?
Yes. All listed prices must include VAT, delivery, and payment processing costs, so buyers always see the final price upfront.
Do makers need to handle taxes?
Yes. Makers are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes in their country of residence.
Policies & Rules
Can items be returned or exchanged?
Return and exchange policies are set by each maker. Please review the store’s policy before purchasing, and contact the maker directly with questions.
What happens if a problem arises with an order?
If there is an issue, buyers should first contact the maker directly. If further help is needed, ElvenCrafts support can assist in finding a resolution.
