What is Elven Crafts?
Elven Crafts is a small handmade jewellery and craft studio. Every piece is designed and made by hand — no mass production, no AI-generated designs. The goal is simple: slow, thoughtful making, and pieces that carry a bit of everyday magic.
Are all products genuinely handmade?
Yes. Every item in the shop is made by hand. No factory production, no dropshipping, no AI-generated designs. The only tools involved are skill, time, and care.
Can I request a custom piece?
Reach out via the Contact page and describe what you have in mind. Custom work is considered case by case depending on availability.
Orders & Shipping
How does shipping work?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using a tracked delivery service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. European orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If something arrives damaged or is not as described, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and it will be sorted. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
